Why We Started
SNSGIFTS was established in 2015 with the mission of providing a smooth and convenient shopping experience for both the families and friends of those incarcerated, as well as for the inmates themselves. What sets us apart is our commitment to traditional customer service, ensuring our clients receive top-quality products and service at fair prices. We also offer a wide range of unique, high-quality gifts to make those special moments and holidays spent apart more meaningful. We understand how challenging it can be to support or be supported by someone in prison, especially with limited resources. How We Transitioned
In 2022, we expanded our services beyond just shipping gifts to include the delivery of food and other essential items.
We began to also offer white glove instacart service. If theres an iitem you need and dont see it on our website, we will find it and ship to your loved ones.
We also began to provide monthly subscription packages which allowed clients to send their loved ones, the same monthly package at discounted prices.
Re - Branding
As we continue to revolutionize our service for new and old faithful clients. We re-branded under Essential Provisions and are now not only serving inmates in NY but also in PA and Ohio.
As we expand we into new markets, we dont only want to increase our reach with sales, we are looking make an impact in the inmate community, by providing outreach to inmates and their loved ones who support them.
We are creating connections with non-profits that service inmates, so we can offer those same services and highlight services available to inmates and their loved ones.
We are also begining a ministry branch which will help underprivilidge communities provide to their loved ones.
